Refund Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns & exchanges will be honored within 30 days from delivery. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees. Customers will be responsible for the costs associated with returning their products. Additional fees may be charged if returned item(s) are not shipped according to customs regulations. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process.
Make sure the order is shipped as a returned product for custom purposes. If the package is not declared as a returned product, all fees charged by the customs authorities will be on you and will be deducted from your refund or item value.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be:
- Unused
- Uninstalled
- In its original packaging
- Bought directly from us. (If you bought it at an another dealer or direct from supplier, please contact them).
Please note that all ''ordered upon purchase'' product(s) sales are final.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to checkout.
Cancellation requests are accepted within 2 hours of the order being placed. A full refund will be issued.
To ask for a cancellation you must call us during business hours at 1-(548)-888-3020 with your order number and reason for cancellation.
WARRANTY
Canuck Moto Warranty's by product up to (1) YEAR for majority of its products that are defective in workmanship, quality, and/ or material*, Some products are direct through Manufacturer. please contact by email to canuckmoto@gmail.com and a Team Member assist.
The warranty period starts from the date the item(s) was received by the original purchaser.
We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process and in some cases, a receipt from a certified mechanic.
